U.S. Shipping:

-Processing Time: 7-21 Business Days

-Shipping Time: 3-7 Business Days

 

International Shipping:

All International customer’s packages may require additional processing time. J Gabryelle is NOT responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customer’s local government when importing goods.

 PLEASE NOTE: If any J Gabryelle purchases made at J Gabryelle.com are returned to J Gabryelle due to unpaid charges, we will NOT issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

-If we believe your purchase is fraudulent, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Billing and Shipping Addresses MUST match.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

Because our pieces are custom made and made to order, we can't accept any returns or exchanges. This makes it IMPERATIVE to be sure you are selecting the correct size. ( see size chart, if you still are unsure, please send us an email info@jgabryelle.com

Please ALWAYS double check your address. Shipping labels are printed verbatim, once they are shipped we cannot change the address on your order. HOWEVER, if you notice your address is incorrect, please email us so that we can fix this quickly before your order is shipped.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.
